I don't have any medical conditions that required specific underwear, but I appreciated finding boxers for which I could use the drawstring to get a custom fit. My size of underwear was starting to get a little tight, and the next size up was way too loose, so the adjustability was a strong plus.

These boxers are also generally comfortable, and I appreciate the effort towards sustainability in both materials and packaging!

Excellent quality

These look and feel of very good quality with great attention to detail and excellent workmanship, I'm about to throw away all my chemically treated polyester clothing and opt in for organic cotton only, although it requires much stricter treatment routine (washing and storage) due to my dust mite allergy which I'd rather spend more time and effort on than wearing toxic irritating hazardous chemicals used in fast fashion brands
